OUR WHY…
These are a couple of my favorite people in the whole entire world (though, they’re much older now). Recently one of these gorgeous humans was diagnosed with Celiac disease - soon after, my husband was diagnosed as well.
It felt like such an overwhelming process at first and though I always made sure to take the time to discuss our processes and ingredients and answer any questions, I can’t say I fully understood what navigating the allergy and disease world was like before.
We’ve come to rely on consistency in our food choices and really appreciate when someone is able to answer our questions with confidence.
We are implementing some even stricter standards in our facility and working with our staff so we can make your life a little easier because, I am so so grateful for those that have made mine easier.

Gluten free
Our pad thai and curry kits are free of barley, rye, oats and wheat. We use Wings soy sauce (gf) in our red and pad thai kits (see ingredient list below).
Products to avoid: Some ingredients in our soup and yellow Thai curry kits have a risk of cross-contamination.
The chicken stock we use for our soup kits may contain wheat and our Yellow curry paste contains a blend of dry spices that are made in a facility that is not gluten free.
Our process: We create and/or package these ingredients in separate containers. All surfaces and equipment are thoroughly cleaned after.
Wings soy sauce ingredients: Water, Soy seasoning (water, hydrolyzed soy protein, salt), Sugars (molasses, glucose-fructose and/or sugar), Salt, Caramel colour, Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate. Contains: Soy
dairy free
We do not use any dairy products in any of our pastes or pad thai sauce. Our curries are made with coconut milk.
Area of concern: Our soup kits contain a chicken stock that may contain egg, wheat, milk, sugar and soy.
Resolution: Substitute our packet of chicken stock with your own.
msg free
This one is easy, no MSG. Ever.
preservative free
We make our pastes in-house with any preservatives, additives, colors or extras.
Exceptions: Soy sauce in our red curry and pad thai kits. Chicken stock in our soup kits. We provide an organic coconut milk but it contains guar gum. Tamarind juice in our panang and massaman kits contains sodium benzoate.
